“I will NOT be purchasing from your company again due to your choice of Delivery Services. Throwing and leaving my package AFTER DARK in my driveway down near the end of the street in the middle of a heavy THUNDERSTORM is not acceptable. If you choose to use a sub standard service to get your product to your customers, you will loose sales.”

“Do not order from this country. The bras looked exactly as advertised and the size was correct. But under your arm there is extra material or something because there’s a part that does not lay next to your skin it bulges outward. It will not lay down. Also once you order you receive endless messages, daily. Reporting as Junk doesn’t help. I can’t find a place to stop it.”

“I placed an order and immediately a bundle deal popped up. I clicked on it to see the details. I then clicked no thanks and they added it to my order and charged me anyway. They now say I’ll get my refund in 5-10 business days. $60 basically stolen from me.”

“I ordered May 10! Still no package. Tried customer service chat and phone line and keep getting looped back to “good news, your package will arrive on 5/19/25” — well it’s May 30!!! again still no package!!”

“Terrible customer service! Are there any employees who can speak to you without a chat and just sending pre-written responses? Sad- I like the products but doubt I’ll deal with them again. Too many other legitimate companies to purchase from.”

“I happen to like there bras. But buyer beware if you have a problem, customer service sucks they have four drop down questions and a bot answering. My package was not delivered ever thought I got a tex saying it was. They used a fly by night company I never heard off. It was impossible to contact either. Luckily a neighbor two miles away received it and is dropping it by.”

“Purchased the Shapermint Bra in my size and worst bra ever. As a large breasted woman who has no issue with coverage with other bras, this one did not even cover my breasts and absolutely no support underneath like the adds say. I do not recommend purchasing.”

“Their bras of today are 100% different than their previous bras. I have bought the Daily Comfort Wirefree Shaper Bra from them for years-same style and same size but they are made so differently that I can't even wear them. The straps of the beige are twice as thick as the white bra which doesn't give it any stretch to pull down over my breasts. Holding the white and beige bras together you can see the differences. I sent a message on Messenger May 2 and email on May 7 and have not received a response to either. I'm now a former Shapermint buyer.”

“I bought 2 bras. I received them but never got a confirmation email. They are charging me a $4.99 a month subscription fee that I never approved. I can't cancel it because I don't have an order # because they never sent me one. I called and nobody answers their phone. I had to cancel my credit card and tell them to block the token they attached so they can keep charging me $4.99 a month even when my card expires.”

“Terrible customer service, do not purchase! I added 15% off code and never received. Wrote immediately to them and no one responds. The next day I checked and no messages. If u try to cancel then someone responds and says u can't cancel. Horrible company!”

“My debit card was charged $4.99 that I did not authorize and I cannot get in touch with anyone on customer service. I am calling my bank to dispute the charges. I was a happy customer. I purchased bras two different times. But I will not do it again. Also, they want you to give them a credit card number to talk to customer service or email. Ridiculous.”

“Pathetic customer service. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone. I placed an order expecting a free gift and the free gift was missing. They refuse to ship it to me separately or to refund the value of it. Never, ever again. Also their sizes run super small.”
