“My debit card was charged $4.99 that I did not authorize and I cannot get in touch with anyone on customer service. I am calling my bank to dispute the charges. I was a happy customer. I purchased bras two different times. But I will not do it again. Also, they want you to give them a credit card number to talk to customer service or email. Ridiculous.”

“Pathetic customer service. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone. I placed an order expecting a free gift and the free gift was missing. They refuse to ship it to me separately or to refund the value of it. Never, ever again. Also their sizes run super small.”

“I returned an order. The email said it needed to be reviewed. I have not heard anything. I have made 3 attempts to contact you! I want to order something else, but thinking twice if this is the type of customer service you have! I didn’t even want my money back! I wanted credit towards another purchase!”

“I purchased 3 bras . 2 did not fit and the 3rd never came . Received email stating it would receive credit and email about how to use credit never got it . Now I have email about monthly subscription. Not happy”

“I thought the bra area of the cami would be more supportive. It isn’t. The body area is comfortable but I will probably only wear it in the winter months. Too warm for the summer !”

“I don’t know who is giving these bras a 5 star reviews. They are NOT for large breasted women. They have little support and are not at all flattering. I would be more comfortable going braless. What a waste of money!”

“I ordered 2 bras. They did not work for me. I sent them back. I got a refund. That was in January. I have been being charged for a membership I did not want and then you sent my 2more bras. Why would you do that when the first ones did not work. Please tell me how to return these and get a refund be cause they still don't work for me.”

“Where is my order. You have contacted me twice this week stating my order was delayed. You also stared that my order would be delivered on Friday, April 11th before 9:00 pm. No delivery. No text from your company. It has been a week since ordering. I expect you will make good on this order by actually delivering it. I honestly will hesitate from ordering again from this company.”

“I ordered the new true kind, convertible strapless bandeau bra, and I don’t care for it at all as it does not hold you up even with that strip of silicone sticky stuff to grab on. I was very disappointed and would gladly return it if I had the chance. I might possibly try a smaller size I don’t know, but it does not work very very, very disappointed”

“Poor quality Extremely poor customer service On Website prompts I was only able to exchange for another product not get refund. Second product was worse than the first. And again no reply to my messages from customer service. The exchanged product was received in a beaten up torn package. I suspect it was someone else’s return that was shipped to me. Terrible experience all around. And still no refund.”

“I received the wrong order, things that I did not order. When I went on the website to ask for an exchange, so I could get what I ordered. The "Chat" is automated, so you do not have the option to choose the correct thing. So, I sent an email and got and automated response saying that it could be 1-3 days before I received a reply. It has been a week and I haven't heard a thing! If you look at what I ordered, then go look at the emails that I was receiving, showing what I was getting, you can clearly see that it was NOT the same! I knew before I got my package that it was wrong. I just want what I ordered. Your customer service sucks!”

“Customer service is non existent. I received merchandise that I didn’t order. I ordered camis and I received bras and underwear. I tried chat & waited 5 hours for a human to chat with…nothing. Used messenger… nothing. Emailed them and it’s been 5 days with no reply at all. I would rate a zero for customer service if there was an option for this”
