Almost non-existent customer support. Online customer support "live" chat is AI and messenger and both just stop and leave you hanging without resolving your issue or connecting you to a live agent. Phone support first directs you to the website options, but if you choose to stay on the line, it will give you an option to leave your name and number for someone to call you, then hang up on you before you can. I finally was able to reach customer support via email. When made aware of the difficulties I'd had (in 2 different emails), there was no response to my concern. My credit card was charged the first day I placed an order. Apparently, after that customer support/service wasn't a priority since they had you had your money.

I ordered my bra according to the sizing recommendations yet it was way too small. I tried to contact by phone or email for over one hour and came to further frustration… It was impossible to cancel my club membership, which they presented as free, but then said they would charge five dollars a month. Be careful when you use this company.

I returned 2 items. Company received them on February 6th. I’ve been chasing my credit ever since!! Charges you when they ship your order, should immediately credit you when they receive returned merchandise right? Can’t get anyone on the phone and they seldom reply to emails. Not the way you do business! I also returned the items the same day I received them. No lag time. A shame though, great quality shapewear. But horrible customer service. Not worth the aggravation!

The worst fitting foundation garments ever. The bras are like a padded one size fits all and the shaper shorts are too loose.In my opinion this is a very low quality product.

They double charged me for my order and apparently have no intention of correcting the issue ($125 overcharge). I have reached out to the numerous times to no avail. Their customer service is absolutely awful and they appear to intentionally make it almost impossible to converse with them. Buyer beware!!

They automatically set you up as a member and bill you $4.99 the next month. You can cancel online, but every single customer is going to pay them five extra dollars before cancellation. If you call their customer service, it says the operators are busy and wait time is three minutes. At the end of three minutes they hang up on you. That happened all four times I called on two different days. Same exact message each time. It’s sad that a company with a good product needs to add a scam. I’ve bought many things from them, but never again.

I ordered two bra's for my daughter and one pair of leggins for myself, on Jan 15th. I just received my order today, which is Feb 4th. After going back and forth on chat, trying to find out what happened to my order which when tracked, it showed it had been delieved on Jan 21st. I admittedly got in touch with Shapermint and come to find out, they delivery service they use, left my package in the lobby of my building, instead of bringing it to my apartment. I live in a 22 story building. I should have canceled the order but I was told the order would be re-issued by 4 different people that I spoke to by chat. First person was Mint, and then Aburey, Kendra and lastly Anna. I was told Mint never put the re-order through but Kendra did assure me, she would take care of it, during my chat conversation with Kendra, we confirmed "3" items would be re-issued. She also informed me, the bra's I originally requested were no longer in stock and asked would I settle for different style bra's. I agreed because I would rather have something then nothing at all after $90.98 cents was taken out my account. She said to give them another 24 to 48 hours. This was on Jan 30th. I then was told I had to wait an additional 4-8 business days! To make a long story short, I then received an email from Anna who provided me a reference number and she informed me, i would receive a tracking number once my order is shipped. Never got a tracking number!! I came home today to find the package sitting on the floor, outside my door. I was like, FINALLY!! When i opened the package, i became even more angry. I only received one BRA with the leggins. This has been my first and last experience with Shapermint. I will NEVER order from this company again. I am so very dissapointed and angry but more at myself for not doing my research and or,reading all reviews and for not canceling the order!! This was so wrong on many levels. I am on a fixed income and I feel I was taken advantage of. But trust & believe, it will not happen again by this company. Good luck ladies!

I ordered two pair of Shapermint leggings. When I went to checkout they added two additional pair of pants and added the cost to my credit cards. When I tried to contact customer service to delete these extra pants no one answered the phone and hung up on me. I made numerous attempts to contact them online Finally told they couldn’t cancel order and I would just have to pay to return items I didn’t order. Do not order from this company. You will be over billed for items you didn’t order. They will also make you a monthly customer and keep charging your credit card. Be very careful!!

I wanted to change form one credit card to another. The chat was of no help and calling them is impossible to speak with someone and you cannot leave a message. Extremely poor customer service. They also automatically enroll you for their membership. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Product was very disappointing. Doesn’t slim or smooth at all, and will cause horrible fat rolls above the waistband. They will spam your email relentlessly also.

Dont buy from Shapermint.com. I believe they are a scammy company. I ordered from them on 12/6/24 and they use a shipping company that doesn't even operate in my State, the order was "dead lettered" and returned to them. I have spent, literally hours and hours of my time tyring to connect with them. I have used their online chat only to be promised the order has been reprocessed and new order is on the way (after they asked if I had another address for it to be delivered to?), I can't track the new order, it never arrives, and I go back through the same spiral wiht them. I have called (I don't believe they have anyone who ever answers those calls after waiting 3 minutes you are told to go online, I've called, repeat, called repeat. Emails are met with a canned response that indicates they never read emails that are sent to them. I am now left with having to file a claim in small claims court, they have two addresses, one in PA and one in NV... I wonder if that process will be worth the costs involved. I am the sucker out of $90.36 for using this company. Oh, btw, I actually had buyers remorse after placing the order and contacted them the next day to cancel and was told "it's already been processed, can't cancel". SCAM!!

Don't do it! Bought one item and was unbeknownst to me signed up for their monthly membership at a $4.99 fee. Could not remember password used when ordering so did the whole "forgot password" request. Never received email to update and then if you try again you get a message to wait 10 minutes before another attempt. I waited 48 hours and nothing. Tried to call to cancel and all three customer service numbers I called put me in que and then disconnected. Finally did online chat and 3 times was asked up upgrade membership. Took about 20 minutes back and forth and finally I was advised membership was cancelled. I will have to wait 5 days to see if it actually happens. Don't do it!!

FRAUD - do not order. Prices were listed in Canadian $, email invoice listed in Canadian $, no where in the main shopping pages did it say the prices were "estimates only", and even though they list in foreign currency, and you can shop in foreign currency, they use out of date currency estimates, and they charge in US$. So the price you think you're paying and the price they quote you are not actually what you'll pay. I complained. No apology. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. There are tons of reviews from people outside the US saying the same thing. It's OK to charge in US$, but then they need to say they do that right up front, and not show prices, summaries, invoices etc in a currency they don't use. It's a scam and they have horrible customer service.

I tried for days for someone at company to return my voicemail I left. Massage said they would. Let’s just say trying to return my two orders has been a nightmare. I still didn’t get any satisfaction bc I could find my order numbers. Everything is automated and is NOT user friendly. Never again. I have wasted money and a lot of time. Do not order from this company. Wish I had read reviews bf I ordered. Lesson learned but it really ticks me off!!!

The return process is not working. I am well within my 60 days and they will not let the return go through. They even say I have until Feb. 4. I am suppose to be getting a response from them and I have not. Very frustrating.

First they charged my account and then informed me over a week later that the items I had ordered were out of stock and tried to get me to get bras I did not want. After a month I finally got my order and was very disappointed. The bras were too small and all they did was flatten my chest and the bottom band rolled up when I moved. I have been trying to get a refund or exchange for over 2 weeks. All I get is a run around!!!!
