“Purchased the Shapermint Bra in my size and worst bra ever. As a large breasted woman who has no issue with coverage with other bras, this one did not even cover my breasts and absolutely no support underneath like the adds say. I do not recommend purchasing.”

“Their bras of today are 100% different than their previous bras. I have bought the Daily Comfort Wirefree Shaper Bra from them for years-same style and same size but they are made so differently that I can't even wear them. The straps of the beige are twice as thick as the white bra which doesn't give it any stretch to pull down over my breasts. Holding the white and beige bras together you can see the differences. I sent a message on Messenger May 2 and email on May 7 and have not received a response to either. I'm now a former Shapermint buyer.”

“I bought 2 bras. I received them but never got a confirmation email. They are charging me a $4.99 a month subscription fee that I never approved. I can't cancel it because I don't have an order # because they never sent me one. I called and nobody answers their phone. I had to cancel my credit card and tell them to block the token they attached so they can keep charging me $4.99 a month even when my card expires.”

“Terrible customer service, do not purchase! I added 15% off code and never received. Wrote immediately to them and no one responds. The next day I checked and no messages. If u try to cancel then someone responds and says u can't cancel. Horrible company!”

“My debit card was charged $4.99 that I did not authorize and I cannot get in touch with anyone on customer service. I am calling my bank to dispute the charges. I was a happy customer. I purchased bras two different times. But I will not do it again. Also, they want you to give them a credit card number to talk to customer service or email. Ridiculous.”

“Pathetic customer service. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone. I placed an order expecting a free gift and the free gift was missing. They refuse to ship it to me separately or to refund the value of it. Never, ever again. Also their sizes run super small.”

“I returned an order. The email said it needed to be reviewed. I have not heard anything. I have made 3 attempts to contact you! I want to order something else, but thinking twice if this is the type of customer service you have! I didn’t even want my money back! I wanted credit towards another purchase!”

“I thought the bra area of the cami would be more supportive. It isn’t. The body area is comfortable but I will probably only wear it in the winter months. Too warm for the summer !”

“I don’t know who is giving these bras a 5 star reviews. They are NOT for large breasted women. They have little support and are not at all flattering. I would be more comfortable going braless. What a waste of money!”

“I ordered 2 bras. They did not work for me. I sent them back. I got a refund. That was in January. I have been being charged for a membership I did not want and then you sent my 2more bras. Why would you do that when the first ones did not work. Please tell me how to return these and get a refund be cause they still don't work for me.”
