Poor quality Extremely poor customer service On Website prompts I was only able to exchange for another product not get refund. Second product was worse than the first. And again no reply to my messages from customer service. The exchanged product was received in a beaten up torn package. I suspect it was someone else’s return that was shipped to me. Terrible experience all around. And still no refund.

I received the wrong order, things that I did not order. When I went on the website to ask for an exchange, so I could get what I ordered. The "Chat" is automated, so you do not have the option to choose the correct thing. So, I sent an email and got and automated response saying that it could be 1-3 days before I received a reply. It has been a week and I haven't heard a thing! If you look at what I ordered, then go look at the emails that I was receiving, showing what I was getting, you can clearly see that it was NOT the same! I knew before I got my package that it was wrong. I just want what I ordered. Your customer service sucks!

Customer service is non existent. I received merchandise that I didn’t order. I ordered camis and I received bras and underwear. I tried chat & waited 5 hours for a human to chat with…nothing. Used messenger… nothing. Emailed them and it’s been 5 days with no reply at all. I would rate a zero for customer service if there was an option for this

I got 2 bras I didn't order and cannot use because they aren't even close to my size and nothing of what I did order. I have been trying to talk to literally ANYONE for 2 weeks about this. I just spent $120 for nothing...

Very unhappy. Trying to get someone to speak to and nothing happens. Just more emails which are not assisting me with the issue. Will not purchase again.

The tanks roll at the bottom and it’s very uncomfortable. I ordered the correct size and could have gone a size up but it would’ve been too big. Disappointed…

The cami didn’t work for me like all the adds. I guess my body shape isn’t right for this cami. Didn’t smooth out. Maybe I needed a smaller size.

I ordered and paid for 3 bras (which is indicated on my confirmation email) and I was sent only 2 bras ( which was indicated on the packaging slip). When I have tried to contact the company online, I could not reach a human being. Everything was AI which could and did not resolve the issue. Then I received an email that said "so glad your issue was resolved". Now I got an email that said it has been taken care of but I have yet to see my bra. And I do like the bras.

Can’t speak to one single person. Customer service is absolutely awful! I have half of my order and the tracking said I received it on March 31. I can’t get anyone to text me back either - I will never buy from them again due to poor service

I have chatted live and sent numerous emails to resolve my issue but no response. I now have an extra charge on my visa and I have no idea what it is for. Very disappointing,
