“I have chatted live and sent numerous emails to resolve my issue but no response. I now have an extra charge on my visa and I have no idea what it is for. Very disappointing,”

“The items ordered did not fit and they rolled. This company will not refund all your money-it’s still on you to pay for shipping. I lost $20 on this company: don’t be like me”

“I have been trying for 2 weeks to get some assistance on exchange my 3 products for a different size. All I've been told to do is go via the returns portal however when I type in my order number it says order cant be found. I have send several emails & have now started to write negative comments on facebook posts. The only responses you give is via a BOT! so dissapointed”

“I ordered the shorts, and they do not fit. Or they are small and does not hold at the top. It keeps rolling down. I want to try the camisole, but I am scared it won't fit, or I won't like the bra inside.”

“Your company keeps shipping me items that I never signed up to receive. I continue to have to send them back then you charge me when I did not authorize any kind of subscription subscription or order any items I wish you would please stop!”

“Purchased a size that said should’ve fit. It didn’t. Exchanged it for a size up. Now it’s too big. And the computer won’t let me return them and there seems to be no one running the show—or they’re just ignoring my messages left between their automated systems and emails. Never does a person answer. So don’t expect any customer service from this company!”

“I emailed shapermint on 4/1 stating that I never received my items. It is 4/10 and I am still waiting to see how this Problem is going to resolved. I was told it will take 3-5 days to hear from someone and I have yet received anything. Is this?How you treat your customers. My order # SM8674021-TR.”

“I ordered two cami’s size LARGE in beige and white. I received XL instead. I re-ordered two cami’s again size LARGE and opened my package today to find two cami’s size XL again.I now have 4 Cami’s size XL that are too big. I am beyond disgusted at this point and just want my money back.”

“I ordered one pair and received them and they were absolutely awesome, so then I ordered 2 more pairs , same exact style and size and they were a completely different fit....it was awful. I tried sending them back and that was an awful experience. So....I guess I'm stuck with 2 pair of bra that I can't even wear! Very happy with the first pair and very, very disappointed with the other 2 pairs.”

“I ordered two things and decided to cancel one of the items. They credited the one back and immediately charged me again. I have emailed them twice with no response. And impossible to reach anyone by phone. I will never recommend shapermint to anyone and if I could give ZERO stars I would”

“Despite accepting the invitation to click on and order through UK website I was billed at the last minute in dollars, making the order more expensive than I thought. I felt conned and will not repeat the experience. In fact I haven’t even opened the package yet because I was so annoyed at being conned. All in all, a shame as delivery was extremely quick and I would’ve loved to be able to leave a good review”
