I never received my order. What was sent me was someone else’s order. I have left messages and texts online. Also, voice message on the phone line. You have charged my account but nothing has been done as far as me getting my order. I would not recommend this co. Now I will be contacting my bank and have them deal with your company.

Their products are great but their customer service is awful! I had a problem with my order and the chat person helped and said she was going to change my order… let’s say she never did! I have emailed their customer service 4 times and have never received a email back! I would not recommend Shapermint! They obviously do not care about their customers!

I was just charged for a membership that I didn’t sign up for and was not told about. I checked my invoice and there is nothing in there about a membership. Why would I need a membership to purchase a bra?!?! There is no customer service so you go back and forth with a robot. It’s not even a great bra! This is definitely a scam 🤬

I purchased two bras both t g e same. Just different colors. The cream colored one fits totally different than the black one. I cant get the straps to stay on shoulders and I have to the front of the bra. It just pulls up the bra over breasts. Can't get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue and possible solution. It's only a robot which is totally irritating. Now it's too late to return.

Received my items three days ago tried on one. It was too large didn’t even open the other bags I was able to return one item only and the app keeps telling me that I cannot return the other four. I have reached out to customer support seven times maybe more they keep telling me to use the app. I can’t use the app so what do I do? I guess I get my money and I get stuff that doesn’t fit lousy Customer Service I will never live here again.

Customer support is not good. You can't get answers even though they say they are available 24 a day through messenger. I tried every way to contact them and got no response. The bras were not supportive. I would not recommend their product.

Terrible customer service. My order was never delivered and I am having a difficult time getting my money back or getting any type of credit. I have been on messaging 4 times in the last couple of weeks to try and resolve this and nothing has happened. I am out $72 and I'm not happy about that.

If you order something and change your mind within the hour they said they could not cansel.It was already processed they said. Not very busy if you can fill orders that quick.

I had high hopes for this underwear brand, but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. First off, the quality of the fabric is horrible—after just one wash, they started to pill and lose their shape. The stitching is sloppy, and some of the seams even started to unravel! On top of that, the fit is just plain uncomfortable. I ordered up a size, but the waistband is either way too tight or too loose, and the fabric bunches up in all the wrong places. I couldn’t wear these for more than a couple of hours without feeling uncomfortable. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, but I haven’t received a response after multiple attempts. Honestly, this is one of the worst underwear brands I’ve tried, and I won’t be buying from them again. Save your money and look elsewhere! I wrote a review when this initially happen on Trustpilot and received a response from the company, but this is what they do for the public to see. I never heard from them when I provide the information they requested and never received a refund of $86.00 They are not even registered with the Better Business Bureau. Almost non-existent customer support. Online customer support "live" chat is AI and messenger and both just stop and leave you hanging without resolving your issue or connecting you to a live agent. Phone support first directs you to the website options, but if you choose to stay on the line, it will give you an option to leave your name and number for someone to call you, then hang up on you before you can. I finally was able to reach customer support via email. When made aware of the difficulties I'd had (in 2 different emails), there was no response to my concern. My credit card was charged the first day I placed an order. Apparently, after that customer support/service wasn't a priority since they had you had your money.

I ordered my bra according to the sizing recommendations yet it was way too small. I tried to contact by phone or email for over one hour and came to further frustration… It was impossible to cancel my club membership, which they presented as free, but then said they would charge five dollars a month. Be careful when you use this company.

I returned 2 items. Company received them on February 6th. I’ve been chasing my credit ever since!! Charges you when they ship your order, should immediately credit you when they receive returned merchandise right? Can’t get anyone on the phone and they seldom reply to emails. Not the way you do business! I also returned the items the same day I received them. No lag time. A shame though, great quality shapewear. But horrible customer service. Not worth the aggravation!
