“I have tried large extra large and two extra large none fit me no matter what I've tried cups are too small, band is too small and too big.”

“Purchased a size that said should’ve fit. It didn’t. Exchanged it for a size up. Now it’s too big. And the computer won’t let me return them and there seems to be no one running the show—or they’re just ignoring my messages left between their automated systems and emails. Never does a person answer. So don’t expect any customer service from this company!”

“I emailed shapermint on 4/1 stating that I never received my items. It is 4/10 and I am still waiting to see how this Problem is going to resolved. I was told it will take 3-5 days to hear from someone and I have yet received anything. Is this?How you treat your customers. My order # SM8674021-TR.”

“I ordered two cami’s size LARGE in beige and white. I received XL instead. I re-ordered two cami’s again size LARGE and opened my package today to find two cami’s size XL again.I now have 4 Cami’s size XL that are too big. I am beyond disgusted at this point and just want my money back.”

“Cannot reach anyone to help with returns. They send things you don’t order then charge you and then you can’t get a hold of anyone for returns!!! Terrible!!!!”

“I ordered one pair and received them and they were absolutely awesome, so then I ordered 2 more pairs , same exact style and size and they were a completely different fit....it was awful. I tried sending them back and that was an awful experience. So....I guess I'm stuck with 2 pair of bra that I can't even wear! Very happy with the first pair and very, very disappointed with the other 2 pairs.”

“I ordered two things and decided to cancel one of the items. They credited the one back and immediately charged me again. I have emailed them twice with no response. And impossible to reach anyone by phone. I will never recommend shapermint to anyone and if I could give ZERO stars I would”

“Despite accepting the invitation to click on and order through UK website I was billed at the last minute in dollars, making the order more expensive than I thought. I felt conned and will not repeat the experience. In fact I haven’t even opened the package yet because I was so annoyed at being conned. All in all, a shame as delivery was extremely quick and I would’ve loved to be able to leave a good review”

“I never received my order. What was sent me was someone else’s order. I have left messages and texts online. Also, voice message on the phone line. You have charged my account but nothing has been done as far as me getting my order. I would not recommend this co. Now I will be contacting my bank and have them deal with your company.”

“Their products are great but their customer service is awful! I had a problem with my order and the chat person helped and said she was going to change my order… let’s say she never did! I have emailed their customer service 4 times and have never received a email back! I would not recommend Shapermint! They obviously do not care about their customers!”

“I was just charged for a membership that I didn’t sign up for and was not told about. I checked my invoice and there is nothing in there about a membership. Why would I need a membership to purchase a bra?!?! There is no customer service so you go back and forth with a robot. It’s not even a great bra! This is definitely a scam 🤬”

“I purchased two bras both t g e same. Just different colors. The cream colored one fits totally different than the black one. I cant get the straps to stay on shoulders and I have to the front of the bra. It just pulls up the bra over breasts. Can't get ahold of anyone to discuss the issue and possible solution. It's only a robot which is totally irritating. Now it's too late to return.”
