“Dont buy from Shapermint.com. I believe they are a scammy company. I ordered from them on 12/6/24 and they use a shipping company that doesn't even operate in my State, the order was "dead lettered" and returned to them. I have spent, literally hours and hours of my time tyring to connect with them. I have used their online chat only to be promised the order has been reprocessed and new order is on the way (after they asked if I had another address for it to be delivered to?), I can't track the new order, it never arrives, and I go back through the same spiral wiht them. I have called (I don't believe they have anyone who ever answers those calls after waiting 3 minutes you are told to go online, I've called, repeat, called repeat. Emails are met with a canned response that indicates they never read emails that are sent to them. I am now left with having to file a claim in small claims court, they have two addresses, one in PA and one in NV... I wonder if that process will be worth the costs involved. I am the sucker out of $90.36 for using this company. Oh, btw, I actually had buyers remorse after placing the order and contacted them the next day to cancel and was told "it's already been processed, can't cancel". SCAM!!”

“Don't do it! Bought one item and was unbeknownst to me signed up for their monthly membership at a $4.99 fee. Could not remember password used when ordering so did the whole "forgot password" request. Never received email to update and then if you try again you get a message to wait 10 minutes before another attempt. I waited 48 hours and nothing. Tried to call to cancel and all three customer service numbers I called put me in que and then disconnected. Finally did online chat and 3 times was asked up upgrade membership. Took about 20 minutes back and forth and finally I was advised membership was cancelled. I will have to wait 5 days to see if it actually happens. Don't do it!!”

“FRAUD - do not order. Prices were listed in Canadian $, email invoice listed in Canadian $, no where in the main shopping pages did it say the prices were "estimates only", and even though they list in foreign currency, and you can shop in foreign currency, they use out of date currency estimates, and they charge in US$. So the price you think you're paying and the price they quote you are not actually what you'll pay. I complained. No apology. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. There are tons of reviews from people outside the US saying the same thing. It's OK to charge in US$, but then they need to say they do that right up front, and not show prices, summaries, invoices etc in a currency they don't use. It's a scam and they have horrible customer service.”

“I tried for days for someone at company to return my voicemail I left. Massage said they would. Let’s just say trying to return my two orders has been a nightmare. I still didn’t get any satisfaction bc I could find my order numbers. Everything is automated and is NOT user friendly. Never again. I have wasted money and a lot of time. Do not order from this company. Wish I had read reviews bf I ordered. Lesson learned but it really ticks me off!!!”

“The return process is not working. I am well within my 60 days and they will not let the return go through. They even say I have until Feb. 4. I am suppose to be getting a response from them and I have not. Very frustrating.”

“First they charged my account and then informed me over a week later that the items I had ordered were out of stock and tried to get me to get bras I did not want. After a month I finally got my order and was very disappointed. The bras were too small and all they did was flatten my chest and the bottom band rolled up when I moved. I have been trying to get a refund or exchange for over 2 weeks. All I get is a run around!!!!”

“Love the products I have gotten but customer service is a nightmare. First they sign you up for a “free” month of their “club” which is $5 a month and you can’t ever cancel because customer service is non existent. Call and you’ll never talk to a person, message and no response at all. Now I have to have my credit card block all future charges. So sucks because I actually liked the products.”

“Company does not stand behind its products. Leggings are a very thick, rough material that looks and feels very cheap, not as advertised. Purchased with a 60 day refund/exchange, tried to refund, company now says “final sale” although not final sale at time of purchase. Save your money and shop with a company that has integrity and values its customers.”

“This company is a complete rip off. They say you asked for a membership at checkout, which I did not, and NINE MONTHS later I am still paying a membership fee that I can not seem to cancel. They write me when I post this information and tell me they are sorry and will cancel my membership immediately (I have text to prove this) and then the next month I see their charge on my banking statement. Now I am left with nothing else to do but cancel my credit card, which is a pain because I need to inform all the legitimate companies I deal with, of the change. Please if you are having the same problem, and I have heard from many of you, report Shapermint to the Better Business Bureau. I definitely am doing this today!”

“Shapermint is a scam. I ordered a one piece swim suit and a swim suit bottom at the same time. The bottoms were delivered. The one piece swim suit was never delivered. I cannot contact anyone about this. I have emailed the company. I have gone through the AI bot, all with no luck. I have asked for a refund and got no response. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!”

“Shapermint customer service is non-existent. I did not like one item in my order and sent it in to be exchanged for another. I never received the item and can't contact a live person to resolve the matter. They just lost me as a customer. They can keep the money over two months of dealing with this.”

“The everyday comfort shaping bra is like a sports bra. It rides up and gives my breasts no shape at all. I will go back to underwires. I also ordered every day high waisted shaper shorts. Although I ordered the recommended size they're very loose and do nothing for me.”

“Shapermint is a SCAM. More like ShapeShifter! They "automatically" rope you into a Club Membership with negative option billing and charge monthly whether you order products or not. Hence, you have to cancel the so called membership to avoid monthly charge. Just BULLSH##T WRONG!!!!!!!”

“Horrible, horrible, did I say horrible. No customer service 800 number. I ordered 2 different bras I didn't like 1. There is no way to identify which bra is which. I can't return anything because no packing slip and no address. The stupid computer keeps giving you the run around. Scam don't order from them.”

“I ordered an item from SHAPEMINT. It didn’t fit right. I contacted them. I was told I couldn’t return or exchange the item cause it was a final sale (which I didn’t see at all on the order page). I’m letting you know to be aware of this company. Watch if you buy something on sale, you’re stuck with it, whether you like it or not. They did give me a 20% coupon to purchase something else. Right, no thanks. I hope this helps you to be more aware.”
