This company is a complete rip off. They say you asked for a membership at checkout, which I did not, and NINE MONTHS later I am still paying a membership fee that I can not seem to cancel. They write me when I post this information and tell me they are sorry and will cancel my membership immediately (I have text to prove this) and then the next month I see their charge on my banking statement. Now I am left with nothing else to do but cancel my credit card, which is a pain because I need to inform all the legitimate companies I deal with, of the change. Please if you are having the same problem, and I have heard from many of you, report Shapermint to the Better Business Bureau. I definitely am doing this today!
