“I bought from this company before and received the product that I purchased. The second time I ordered a bra, It went to the wrong address, I contacted them several times and told them and they said they would fix it but they never did. It’s been several months and still no answer and now they will not even respond to me. I would not recommend buying anything from them! This was not my mistake. It was theirs, but they will not correct it.”

“"I placed an order with Shapermint and unfortunately, one item was missing. After contacting their customer service, I was informed that the item was out of stock and wouldn't be sent. It's been a month since then, and despite multiple requests, I've only received $1.39 of the $24.97 owed to me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing."”

“BUYER BEWARE. This company is a complete scam. They are charging customers $4.99 a month for a subscription that they never signed up for. And there is NO way to get it cancelled or reversed because the customer service doesn't existent. You can call the number that is listed but you can't talk to an actual person and you can't even leave a message. Emails are returned by bots and simply send you in circles. The live chat is not actual live. It is also a bot. The shirt I ordered was a return of someone else. I submitted a claim for a refund and wasn't even given the price I paid. I have a feeling I'm not going to see a dime from them back after I mail this shirt back.”

“I’ve ordered twice from shapermint, didn’t like either order. When I returned first order, I exchanged for a different style, that was more expensive, so I had to pay the difference of $4.82, which was fine. Only now, when I try to return the second order and get a refund, they only want to refund the $4.82! I’ve tried the chat bot to no avail, I’ve called only to get recorded messages. And now, when I try to call the number, it won’t go through. Apparently you can only call it once! I’ve emailed several times, keep getting same email back that says to go online to process a refund or exchange. Really frustrating to deal with a company that only has automated customer service! Can’t talk to a real person! I will never buy from this company again!”

“This is a SCAM company!! First of all they have no customer service. No phone number. After placing a pricey order I received an email saying it was processed weeks later I inquired as I hadn't received any shipping information finally was told my entire order had not been processed because one item was not available in white. Most recently have been told my order was not processed but canceled and was issued a refund. Meanwhile its been almost a month......do not buy from this company.”

“Don't Buy any of the last minute deals they offer you upon check out! Even though it says returns or exchanges are 60 Day guaranteed. All of those "special offer items" they say are non returnable or non exchangeable!!! Being my first time buying with them, I was not sure of the sizing. I took advantage of an offer. NOW IM STUCK WITH AN ITEM I CANT EXCHANGE SO I WASTED MONEY!!”

“I have ordered bras and keep receiving bras that are NOT what I paid for!!! The first time, I received bras that were totally different and NOT in Shapermint packaging. It was in a white plastic mailing package and the return address was a private individual. I emailed the proble And they assured me it would be resolved. New items shipped. Today I received that package and AGAIN, not what I ordered. It was in SHAPERMINT packaging this time, so that was one good thing. Now Inhave the hassle of trying to deal with this problem, back & forth with customer service.”

“Scammers... Do NoT Use them They keep taking money from my account and many others without consent. It is a scam. You sign up to a monthly fee if you buy. Do not do it I bought three tops because I liked them and this is how you treat your customers.”

“DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD OR DEBT CARD WITH SHAPERMINT!! They charge a reoccurring charge that no one signs up for and you can not speak to a representative to cancel. I literally had to cancel my credit card to get the charges to stop. They products are not worth the aggravation... I had to give one star to write a review but honestly I would give them negative 10 stars”

“I placed an order and almost a month past and i have not received. I send 3 messages to the company because it is very difficult to get in touch with a human person and i did no get any answer.. It is no a customer services where you can track your order or get any response. Very disappointed. Maria”

“The bra arrived in a timely manner. The stitching on the sides of the bra dug into my skin. Also, the stitching and construction looks like a very inexperienced person made it. I tried to return the bra, but their site is set up for exchanges, not returns. For the reasons of returns. they only offer, "too big, too small or does not like the material". No where does it have an "uncomfortable to wear" option. After getting the run around on the site, I went to PayPal to put in a dispute. A window came up from Shapermint asking, please contact us, as PayPal is a long process to return. I emailed Shapermint and within a few days I did get a return label. Meanwhile, Shapermint deleted my original review on their site. Bad experience all around! At the end of the day they kept $ 4.95 of my money to them. And NO, it was not because of the exchange rate. This is what they keep when a person returns. It is a cheaply made bra and they are making millions off of consumers. DO NOT BUY from this company! One bra, shipping and U.S. tax was $ 69.08 CAD dollars! Outrageous for the horribly made product!”

“Serious decline in quality and abhorent business practices. I bought three pairs of leggings during the pandemic which I still have - great quality and excellent value. Recently, I purchased two bras and they were just terrible - awful quality, bad fit reccomendations on the website, and worst of all THEY ADD A HIDDEND MEMBERSHIP FEE AUTOMATICALLY TO ORDERS! Suprise, a month later there is a membership charge with no explanation, and when I asked to have it cancelled, the website directs me to sign up for it again. A scam, through and through. What happened to this company???”

“What went wrong? Everything!! They are the worst company ever! They do illegal things. Trying to find out how to report them. Do not order from them! You will regret it! They sign you up for a membership you didn’t sign up for, charge you more then you were quoted, you can’t speak with a live person, they lie over and over. Can’t believe they are still in business.”

“Horrible! Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I was excited to try one of these bras and vouched to order online. The checkout was so complicated and sketchy! The site ended up charging my credit card twice for over $188. I wanted one bra! For a $39.99 promotion price! Then when I realize what was done, a bot is the “customer service” rep and “IT” lets me know the order(ssss) cannot be canceled because it wasn’t done within an hour. I am so upset! Horrible, company and SCAM!!”

“Product quality was bad. Returned items. They say they didn't receive them. Australia Post tracking had exact time and date delivered and a signature. I am still trying to get refund! And this BS membership fee? What a rort.”

“Same as everyone else. Did not sign up for the subscription and all of a sudden they are charging me. I've tried texting them, emailing them and using the chatbot to unsubscribe. Chatbot and texting will get you instructions on how to unsubscribe. However when I try doing it on the website.....the instructions are a dead end. I've tried emailing two different email addresses. Both emails bounce each time, no matter where I send the email from. TERRIBLE costume service. SCAM alert!!!!”
