“Placed an order, not received parcel, have tried and tried to make contact but get nothing back but the tracking info, which shows a bunch of parcels somewhere that is definitely not my home, cannot get farther than that Absolute crooks - avoid”

“My experience with Shapermint has been horrendous. They have absolutely the worst customer service known to mankind, in fact they have no customer service. Everything is automated with chat boxes and you can never resolve anything. I have been waiting for my refund on my return for close to 2 months and have never been able to get a response from them whatsoever.”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Had a terrible time getting a refund as customer service is run by FemBots! Can’t talk to anyone. I finally called my credit card company and got reimbursed for the FULL amount….don’t buy from them!”

“Do not purchase from this company. They do have a horrendous customer service, they don’t answer the phone. They ask you to leave a message and no matter how many messages you leave on their voicemail or text or emails.lthey won’t respond. My order was delivered to the wrong address, they withdrew the money from my bank account and I have not been able to speak or get an answer from anybody at this company. Their headquarters are in South America. It is not an American company.”

“I thought I was dealing with Trukind only to find out that I was also dealing with Shaperment. It took over 3 months to receive my order, and when I did it went to the wrong address. After another 3 months my post office finally found it. Shaperment is the worst company I've ever dealt with.”

“Ordered products the beginning of November. It’s mid December and nothing las arrived. I emailed with order # and tracking #. No answer from anyone. I feel like it is not a reputable company, although they may have good products. ☹️😡”

“Product was $34. They then go and charge $79. They convert to USD AFTER you purchase. They do not state this anywhere. Total scam.”

“This company and their customer support is fraud. I order few items on 9th oct/2022 and they forwarded a tracking no. On tracking that it just show that the shipper has created electronic shipping label and then nothing. I emailed them and they admitted that there was something wrong with my order and they corrected it and I should wait for 72 hours. If no movement they will reship. Now I keep emailing them after 72*3 and they never fail reply.”

“I actually like the products I have purchased. However when they charged me for a purchase that they never shipped, there was no trace of customer service. After multiple attempts they never responded to me. But, surprise, I never received another sale email from them. I will never purchase from them again.”

“Bras ordered LAST SEPTEMBER. Still haven’t arrived despite my repeated attempts to contact the company. Can only get email response. They’ve told me the bras have been resent twice. The tracking numbers on the links make zero sense. This is my 3rd purchase of Shapermint bras. The first two orders went smoothly. But not this time. I’m sensing this is a scam to get your trust …then take your money down the track. Beware. Do not buy from them!”
