"I placed an order with Shapermint and unfortunately, one item was missing. After contacting their customer service, I was informed that the item was out of stock and wouldn't be sent. It's been a month since then, and despite multiple requests, I've only received $1.39 of the $24.97 owed to me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing."
