“Same as everyone else. Did not sign up for the subscription and all of a sudden they are charging me. I've tried texting them, emailing them and using the chatbot to unsubscribe. Chatbot and texting will get you instructions on how to unsubscribe. However when I try doing it on the website.....the instructions are a dead end. I've tried emailing two different email addresses. Both emails bounce each time, no matter where I send the email from. TERRIBLE costume service. SCAM alert!!!!”

“Buyer Beware!! The last time I purchased my order was not delivered. I reached out to them and got the automated response. Nothing was done to resolve my loss. I don’t know about you but I work hard for my money.”

“Bras are nice. Every month since my purchase went through. Shapermint has been charging my visa an unauthorized amount. I can’t get ahold of customer service to find out why. My bank is trying to block them. DO NOT deal with this company”

“Terrible customer service. I did not sign up for the membership club. Bra is awful. When I washed the bra water was all black. I requested them to refund my debit card for the 4.99 charge for membership I never requested..I think this company is scamming people.”

“What I ordered is extremely uncomfortable. I then tried again and received the wrong product. Then to top that off they took 4.99$ out of my account without my knowledge! This is really bad business. Watch out , it's a SCAM!!!! I now have to order a new debit card because of all this because my bank believes my account was compromised!!”

“I purchased a tank top. I did receive the top, but I didn't sign up for subscription. Why would anyone sign up to have 5 dollar taken , every month for underwear, out of my account. That is not all. I tried to connect a person and all I got was Rachel mint bot, and then received an email saying . They wanted to follow up on my request but since they hadn't heard back from me they closed the case. I had only requested my 5 dollars only 24 hrs ago and one automated email was sent .”

“I ordered early May, 4weeks later my items which were supposed to arrive within 10 days, still hadn't been delivered. I got in touch with customer service who assured my it was on its way. Days later I got back in touch and asked that they just cancel my order and refund my money. They said they would. I have been chasing the refund for the last month!!! Absolutely outrageous behaviour by Shapermint!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

“Let the buyer beware! It's a scam company. They will tack a hidden membership onto your order, even when you clearly denote NO. And trying to get a live person? Not gonna happen. Instead, you get a bot that is not helpful. I spent an hour trying to undo this! Don't order from this place.”

“What a SCAM...I placed an order in April and returned 3 items and kept 1. I was unaware that they were charging me $4.99 for a club membership. I had paid through PayPal and have just canceled the membership because I have been trying for 60 minutes to cancel this at Shapermint and cannot get service. Buyer beware that you should not place an order with them or you will be charged a fee each and every month. It's hell to get it canceled. I ordered some Cami's from Amazon which I recommend ...do not order from Shapermint.”

“I would give less then one start if I could. I also got scammed. I ordered two items, when you go to check out it shows you a screen for additional items, however you can NOT get out of it and it adds items to your order!!! Now try to get in touch with someone to send you a return label. No phone number to call, the robot chat does nothing. How is this allowed to keep happening. SCAM!!!!!”

“I have two major complaints. #1 The support of the bra is temporary. It quickly stretched out. I also never put bras in the dryer so that's not the reason it wore out in strength so quickly. #2 Their customer service is horrendous. First off, don't expect to speak to a human...ever. I joined a chat to make an exchange because the wrong size was sent to me. After going back and forth for a while, they agreed to send me the size I actually ordered and told me I could keep the original one. A few days later the replacement arrived and it was the wrong size again! So now I have two bras that don't fit me. Don't buy their items. You will regret it”

“I have tried to reach out to representatives about a free item I was supposed to get with my order that I did not receive. No one has responded to assist me with this issue, even though twice I've been told they would contact me within 24 hours. I have made purchases in the past and was satisfied but I'm so disappointed at this point I will not buy from Shapermint again. Service after the sale is just as important as the sale!”

“same experience as all these others. Never received anything with a claim that it was shipped to the wrong address. Charged for a membership i didn’t request, got no response from emails, and the “live chat” is a joke. Do Not Order from these people.”

“I just realized they added a "membership fee" of $4.99 per month. Trying to cancel. You can't speak to a live person. They send you from one bot to another. I will never order from them again!”

“I ordered one bra and while checking out a promotion popped up for a 2 pack bra. I just wanted to view it and somehow that got added to my order and was charged for it. I contacted their customer care on live chat immediately and asked them to cancel it . Was assured it was and the amount will be refunded .I received an email the following day that my order is shipped.I tried calling their customer service but wasn’t able to speak to anyone.It was just an automated voicemail.They are sneaky and and just want to make a sale. Would never ever order from their website again .”

“One star is more applicable for Shapermint. I have been trying for months to get them to cancel the bogus membership ($4.99) that I never asked for. Reported them today to the BBB. Will have to cancel my CC if that’s what it takes to be free of them. Pure fraud!”

“Cancelling membership is a nightmare. You can't speak to anyone. I've been trying to do that for several months and they send you coupons. To reset a password is joke, the email to verify who you are, never comes. They are thieve.”
