Same as everyone else. Did not sign up for the subscription and all of a sudden they are charging me. I've tried texting them, emailing them and using the chatbot to unsubscribe. Chatbot and texting will get you instructions on how to unsubscribe. However when I try doing it on the website.....the instructions are a dead end. I've tried emailing two different email addresses. Both emails bounce each time, no matter where I send the email from. TERRIBLE costume service. SCAM alert!!!!
