I ordered early May, 4weeks later my items which were supposed to arrive within 10 days, still hadn't been delivered. I got in touch with customer service who assured my it was on its way. Days later I got back in touch and asked that they just cancel my order and refund my money. They said they would. I have been chasing the refund for the last month!!! Absolutely outrageous behaviour by Shapermint!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
