What went wrong? Everything!! They are the worst company ever! They do illegal things. Trying to find out how to report them. Do not order from them! You will regret it! They sign you up for a membership you didn’t sign up for, charge you more then you were quoted, you can’t speak with a live person, they lie over and over. Can’t believe they are still in business.
