“Total scam, avoid. The return policy is a hoax, they will not take back orders that don't fit. I used their sizing chart and the items I received were so tiny that no human could fit, they refused return and have a bot giving me the same answer that is not true.”

“Horrible experience. Very poor material, expensive and the worst costumer service. Tried to chat more than 20 times. Not available agent. I emailed them and they tried to close the case without any response. Very disappointed.”

“I made one purchase with this company. And shorty after that it charged my card for a monthly membership I never agreed to join. I was charged for products I never ordered nor did I receive. I've tried to contact them 5 times. No one ever returns your emails or calls. I've chatted with them on line they basically say "Sorry" Not Sorry!! Horrible customer service, and not once have they even tried to investigate my claims of fraud. I had to cancel my card. You can buy better shape wear at the dollar store.at least they probably wouldn't continue charging your card for purchases you never made!!”

“Terrible customer service placed an order for one item and three items were actually ordered. I did not order this last two items tried multiple times to contact the company to correct this, but unable to speak to anyone chat is very difficult to maneuver will never order from this company again will return my order when I get it, the order, but even the return process seems very cumbersome”

“The company will enroll you in a subscription plan without your consent. When you try to resolve the issue after getting billed, you just end up in a loop. None of them actually read the issue, they just go on to explain the benefits of the subscription. I’ve now been billed $4.99 in April (I started email correspondence right then to resolve). There was no subscription listed on my account with them for my email address. After my correspondence with them, I assumed it was resolved until one month later when I received a second charge. Again, I emailed them, and again it was going around in circles. It was discovered that this was through a misspelled version of my email address (I had accidentally transposed two letters with one of my three total orders). They were telling me that I needed to create an account with them for that email address, the email address I have no access to, yet they created an account on their end to charge me a monthly subscription fee. After a few more go-rounds, I’m told they cancelled it. Great! Never received any refunds for the charges, but I went several months without charges to my PayPal account and assumed that was the end of it. Fast forward to September 16th when I receive a new notification from PayPay from Shapermint, but this time for $18.99. What!?!? I have not had dealings with this company since they told me everything was cancelled. Yet again, I am emailing their support team and yet again I’m going in circles. They are not reading what I’m writing, they are not looking back at the issues I’ve had, nothing! Are they even real? Now they are claiming that I went on their site on September 16th and must have opted into some surprise deal. Are you f’ing kidding me? I have not been on their site. Now I’m fighting with PayPal (there seem to be no real people there either), managing a dispute on BBB, and trying to find other ways to warn people of this scam. At this point I have no choice other than to cancel my PayPal account altogether to prevent future charges from this company. This is unreal!!”

“I ordered something for an event and tomorrow is the 14th day since my order was confirmed. In todays day nothing should take weeks to arrive. USPS still has not received the item. I am so disappointed.”

“They had a sale if you buy a bathing suit you will receive a sarong (bathing suit cover) free. I received my order and there was no sarong with the order. I tried to get a hold of the company and no where there is a number to call. So I started a live chat with Patty. I explained what happened then waited 10 min and she came back and asked the same question what is the issue. I said my heavens I just told you but I will tell you again. Waited another 5 minutes for her to come back on and asked me for the 3rd time what the issue is. She said can you tell me again what the issues was, let me tell you at that point I lost it with her. She came back and had the nerve to ask me for a screenshot of the sale (really who does that), she said sorry I can’t help you but give you a 25% off on your next order. One other time they said 10.00 off your order, said not receive that.”

“This company is a scam. Once you order they charge you $4.99/month for a subscription that is impossible to cancel. While they claim I agreed to the fee, it is nowhere on my receipt, and I cannot find it on the website anywhere. They refuse to provide documentation or refund the monthly fee.”

“The material is heavy and thick, and the item was too large. I tried to return the item and was told I couldn't. From the time I placed the order, received the item, and asked to return the item (with tags still attached) it was less than 30 days. They claim you have 60 days to return a item. Total lie. I am now stuck with the item (which I will donate) and I'm out the money. I wish I had never heard of Shapermint. Stick with Spanx, you won't be sorry.”

“No replacement, no credit, no refund, no response. I initially thought the products were good overall. When I needed to return some items due to ordering the wrong size, I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to keep the items and offered a store credit. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the store credit, I encountered significant issues. The online Shopify form wouldn't accept the discount code, leading to a frustrating email exchange that dragged on for over a month, and then the code expired. Despite their promise to refund me, the refund never arrived. After following up, they apologised, citing 'a slight hiccup with the process of your refund,' and assured me they would reissue it. I've been following up the refund between May - August but to date, I have received neither the refund nor any response to my follow-up emails.”

“Greetings, I have reached out to this company on several occasions regarding missing items from my order and the refund for returned items. I have also involved my credit card company to assist with the refund process. My experience has been marked by a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization. It is evident that customer service is not a priority for your company. The failure to address refund requests and respond to customer inquiries reflects poorly on Shapemint company's values and practices. They are not BBB accredited but are still promoting their products. What a disgrace to mankind. Respectfully”

“I'll start off by saying that I feel that Shapermint does not represent itself well. I ordered one (1) bra from them with the understanding that it was a cotton bra. When I received it, I was initially happy because the fit was good and I didn't realize that the interior of the bra was not cotton. I have allergies and was looking for a bra that would be cotton against my skin. Since I didn't realize that the interior was not cotton, I ordered the same bra in another color. When that bra arrived, the fit was not the same. It was tighter. I kept it anyway. When I wear the bras, I have to actually line the inside with a thin layer of cotton. As several months passed, I noticed that Shapermint was charging me $4.99 on a monthly basis. They actually deducted 3 payments from my credit card until I noticed the charges. I was told that it was a monthly payment for a Club Membership!!!! What??? I feel as though I was duped. Not cool! Anyway, to make a long story short, they canceled my membership and claim they are refunding me $4.99. I am still not happy, but I have to let it go. Totally frustrated and angry.”
