No replacement, no credit, no refund, no response.
I initially thought the products were good overall. When I needed to return some items due to ordering the wrong size, I was pleasantly surprised when they allowed me to keep the items and offered a store credit. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the store credit, I encountered significant issues. The online Shopify form wouldn't accept the discount code, leading to a frustrating email exchange that dragged on for over a month, and then the code expired.
Despite their promise to refund me, the refund never arrived. After following up, they apologised, citing 'a slight hiccup with the process of your refund,' and assured me they would reissue it. I've been following up the refund between May - August but to date, I have received neither the refund nor any response to my follow-up emails.
