I ordered three camis and received only one of the three and a promotional shaper short bottom from Shapermint. I loved the fit of the one cami I received not the three i ordered and paid for. The free shaper short are ok but not great control for the size option. The original order was confirmed on May 24th and I received the package containing one cami and the shaper shorts early June. Initially they sent an email, after the delivery saying they were back ordered on the white cami and cream cami. That they would give me two other products that do not work for me. I told them I would wait for them to restock. Then when I inquired about why I had not received them yet they told me they would give me a 20% off coupon for my next order. I explained that I wanted the original two camis that were not delivered or a refund of the $39.98 I had paid for them. The next email said they would give me a $19.00 credit towards my next order. I told them again I wanted the original order filled or a refund of $39.98. The only response, which is automated was “we are working on it” after several emails and no acceptable response I am writing this review about a company that does not care for it’s clients or reputation. Daily I get emails and texts about the sales on the very camis they have not sent me. Stay away from this company who actually has a good product if you happen to receive what you pay for. To date, months later I have not received my full order or a refund. No actual person has reached out to resolve this issue. If you want to throw your money away then choose Shapermint.
