Purchased a size that said should’ve fit. It didn’t. Exchanged it for a size up. Now it’s too big. And the computer won’t let me return them and there seems to be no one running the show—or they’re just ignoring my messages left between their automated systems and emails. Never does a person answer. So don’t expect any customer service from this company!
