Poor quality
Extremely poor customer service
On Website prompts I was only able to exchange for another product not get refund. Second product was worse than the first. And again no reply to my messages from customer service.
The exchanged product was received in a beaten up torn package. I suspect it was someone else’s return that was shipped to me.
Terrible experience all around. And still no refund.
