“just as stated, no hassle, easy exchanges/refunds....only comment is that a friend of mine also had to exchange an item for size/fit and they were told to donate the item that had while I was instructed to print a label and return the item”

“I like the product a lot, however sizing is difficult. With a larger chest/shoulders and a medium waist, the L did nothing to slender the waistline but acomodated the breasts. I took a gamble and returned for a S which is waist syching but pressing too much on breast. I was looking for waist synching so I kept the S cami. I then ordered S tanks which didn't have similar fits of the camis, eventually ended up with a medium in the tanks Overall the product is good but proper sizing is difficult”

“Well it recommended large size for my recent purchase and was too small and the straps seemed to dig in, uncomfortable. Requested to return but instructions were to keep them. I will donate to a women’s shelter. I received the refund quickly. I reordered xl tank tops.🤞They fit.Awaiting their arrival. Thanks”

“I feel the bra is not made strong enough for large chests. I ordered the 3x and it does not hold up well at all. It feels more like a thin sports bra for relaxing. After reading and watching reviews I was excited to try this product. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the product.”

“I never received my order. Twice it was shipped to an incorrect address. I tried getting in touch with shapermint. No one to call,etc. I never was told that they were sorry. I will not order from them again. Very bad customer service. No one to talk to!!!!”

“Took a long time to review - and doesn't fit well. A different size wouldn't help - maybe would work well for c-cup or smaller, but anything bigger it doesn't fit well at all. I wanted to love this bra, but sadly it just isn't working for me.”

“My order arrived promptly. I ordered the high waisted brief. I’ve worn it once and it didn’t roll down so I like that. It’s possible I may have needed the smaller size. I think I’m at the lower end of the size range that I bought. I may order a smaller size to see, which is best. Although the smaller size may be too tight because I do want to be comfortable. Anyway, all in all, I think I like it.”

“I followed the sizing guide. Was disappointed that I had to use the included extender for the bra to fit. The straps sit very wide out on my shoulders, and even though they don’t slip they feel like they will due to the placement. The band area sat nicely under my breasts until I sat down, then it rolled up and gathered. Overall fit was not good for me.”
