“Needed to make a return, Shapermint customer service made this process so easy. I appreciated their help as being the first time having to return anything purchased. Found out my sister buys from them all the time she gave a glowing recommendation on the strapless bras. I’ll be buying those soon..”

“Comfortable and supportive for a non wire bra. Fits well. Disappointed in the fact when ordering more than one no application to have more than one colour. Also after ordering I emailed to change to two colours and I was told it would be done and my order turned up with only one colour. I ordered another two in a different colour but sadly I got a different type of bra which I am happy with. The title of the bras are the same in the first 3 words so it is easy to mistake. Also annoying to get too many emails for more products once you purchase. On the whole I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“I have ordered a few times now and never the proper fit. How ever my biggest complaint is I NEVER signed up for a membership and I was charged for one. I will not recommend or order from here again. I have since finally found how to cancel the membership took me a day to find not tech savvy. So just becareful if you don't want to have money withdrawn monthly from your account with out your knowledge.”

“The bras are comfortable and I will wear at home, probably not a going out bra. The cammi I dont like. The ordering process I found confusing and misleading and when I spoke about cancelling my orfder immediately after placing it I was told it couldn't be done, when pressed further they gave me a discount refund. Not what i was wanting, however I am making the most of it. Unfortunately not likely to purchase again even though I do like the bra.”

“Horrible company!!! I ordered in May only received two items and they charged me for the stuff I have not received. No one to talk to and they told me a month ago they would send me the rest of my order and it has now been a month and still nothing!! I recommend never ordering from the company because they are a fraud!!!”

“I purchased two of the camis. Following the size guidelines - it was loose fitting; did not have the slenderizing effect portrayed in ads. Also, the bottom hem rode up under my skirt and was very uncomfortable. Definitely would not recommend”

“When I had a mastectomy 5 years ago I couldn’t find a comfortable bra until I saw an add on Facebook. I took a gamble and purchased 4 from USA and they were the best and most comfortable bra to suit my needs. Only problem with it was the side I have a breast on keeps falling off my shoulder but no more hurting or rolling up on the mastectomy side”
