“They wear so well and are so very comfortable”

“Do not order from this country. The bras looked exactly as advertised and the size was correct. But under your arm there is extra material or something because there’s a part that does not lay next to your skin it bulges outward. It will not lay down. Also once you order you receive endless messages, daily. Reporting as Junk doesn’t help. I can’t find a place to stop it.”

“I placed an order and immediately a bundle deal popped up. I clicked on it to see the details. I then clicked no thanks and they added it to my order and charged me anyway. They now say I’ll get my refund in 5-10 business days. $60 basically stolen from me.”

“Ok, I love my bra and realized for my size cup, I had to go a cup larger. It fits perfect now and I'm very comfortable in it. I can use it with my formal dresses that have a open neck line”

“Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I also found cup sizing to run small. No problems with ordering. My returned items were quickly refunded in the manner they were paid. Delivery was a zero star. Packaging was slit opened from side to side.”

“I ordered May 10! Still no package. Tried customer service chat and phone line and keep getting looped back to “good news, your package will arrive on 5/19/25” — well it’s May 30!!! again still no package!!”

“Terrible customer service! Are there any employees who can speak to you without a chat and just sending pre-written responses? Sad- I like the products but doubt I’ll deal with them again. Too many other legitimate companies to purchase from.”

“I happen to like there bras. But buyer beware if you have a problem, customer service sucks they have four drop down questions and a bot answering. My package was not delivered ever thought I got a tex saying it was. They used a fly by night company I never heard off. It was impossible to contact either. Luckily a neighbor two miles away received it and is dropping it by.”

“Purchased the Shapermint Bra in my size and worst bra ever. As a large breasted woman who has no issue with coverage with other bras, this one did not even cover my breasts and absolutely no support underneath like the adds say. I do not recommend purchasing.”

“After seeing multiple advertisements for the Shapermint All Day Every Day Scoop Neck Cami #62001, I thought they sounded wonderful. No bra needed with plenty of support. I ordered a white one and a black one, in hopes of ordering one in every color, if I liked them. Needless to say I am really disappointed. No bra needed? I guess if you don't mind your nipples showing through, then no bra is needed. I got absolutely no lift from the cami nor did it smooth out my roll. I will not be ordering any more and am going to try to return them.”

“Their bras of today are 100% different than their previous bras. I have bought the Daily Comfort Wirefree Shaper Bra from them for years-same style and same size but they are made so differently that I can't even wear them. The straps of the beige are twice as thick as the white bra which doesn't give it any stretch to pull down over my breasts. Holding the white and beige bras together you can see the differences. I sent a message on Messenger May 2 and email on May 7 and have not received a response to either. I'm now a former Shapermint buyer.”

“I ordered 3 different styles. Only one fit. Could not find any way to get a refund so I exchanged the two. Now they are saying three weeks minimum. My house number is incorrect and I can’t find any way to communicate to correct it.”

“Shapermints Customer care is horrible. I was successful in speaking to someone in Chat one time and come to fond out she wasn’t honest with me. I tried speaking to someone different and attempted it 5 different times and the hold chat keep bumping people in front of me and then knocking me out of chat sending email saying “sorry we missed your chat”. One of the reasons for reaching out, i selected shipping that showed I would receive order in 3-4 days. Once order completed the following couple days I noticed the shipping time was now 10 to 15 business days. The other reason for reaching was my 1st order included bras that were slighty too big and i went based off their sizing and bra’s was needed for the following weekend. Hence why i made another order for the 3-4 busn days. Over all experience hasn’t been good and i’ve tried reaching out to them in hopes to correct the issue. I dont like leaving bad reviews.”
