“My order never came! I received an order--but it wasn't mine. Wrong items, wrong sizes. I've tried the live chat, the messenger, the phone--EVERYTHING is a robot, and no one will get back with me on how to resolve the issue. Nothing is resolved, and I've been trying for 7 days.”

“Love the new bras I just purchased! I’ve been wearing another brand for years and thought they were great until I tried yours. My only complaint would be the fabric around the band. Hopefully a wash will soften that up and I’ve only worn it to try on at this point.”

“Sizing was incorrect, tried returning for exchange with the extra credit for becoming a member? Communication is impossible, no calls. Bots with no help. I'm still waiting on my last email from three days ago.”

“This company is the worst! Their products are not so bad but if the sizing doesn’t work out, good luck! They fraudulently signed me up for autoship. I never opted for this but am getting charged on my credit card!! They never provide a customers service phone number where you can actually speak to someone. It has to be done online with a virtual assistant who cannot resolve any issue. It is a fraud, a waste of time & I can no way recommend this company! If you like their products, purchase them through Amazon, they’re much more reliable!!”

“Easy to navigate website. Fast shipping and delivered with care. As for the tru bra itself. It is extremely comfortable. I wish the straps on top were a little thicker and I think they sell one that is what I'm looking for so I will try those. I bought 2 bras. I wish shipping was free but all in all, pricing was comparable. The outside covering does ride up but it is still comfortable and easy to pull back down. I still have lumps but way less than with other bras. This is the 2xl. All in all, I love these more than all my other bras.”

“You gals have been absolutely amazing after my breast reduction. Could not ask for a more patient and knowledgeable bunch. I do wish you carried a surgical compression bra, but you have helped with everything in terms of compression post lipo too in my axilla and tummy areas and issues with incision site under my new, significantly smaller breasts. For a while I think I was talking to you almost daily as my needs kept changing. You have been brilliant.”

“Love the bras and fit. The camis did not provide enough support at all, but the bras have good support and are surprisingly comfortable. Sports bras as well, although I could have sized down one size in the sports bras.”
