“I love how well the cami & high waisted shorts fit….they hold everything in without feeling too restrictive & don’t roll up or down like other products. I went to an outdoor wedding (96 degrees) and wore the high waisted shorts under my dress…I was shocked & so happy they were breathable & not restrictive!”

“It started out fine. I was able to talk via chat with an actual human, who convinced me that the everyday tank would fit me perfect and I would not have issues with my stoma. The products arrived in a timely manner. As soon as I tried on the first one which was supposed to be black, the first thing I noticed was the color was more of a very deep navy, and not a true black, which was what I needed. Then I put it on and it actually made my figure look worse and did not smooth anything and the Cami also went down way below where my stoma was, which could cause issues with my stoma’’s output. I immediately attempted to contact customer service. That is where the real disaster begins. They do not have humans that will talk to you their phone when you call. It is literally just a series of automated messages. Their chat is just a bot which gives you again the same automated messages. Their messenger site also gives you the same automated messages. The ads claim free returns if you aren’t 100% satisfied but they don’t tell you until you try to return things that they’re going to charge you a fee to return it. I would not have ordered if that was mentioned anywhere on the site. I’ve tried multiple times through all different contact methods to speak to a human being, including many emails. All I get in return is more bought messages telling me I can try on their things for free if I just join or I can exchange what I purchased and get something in addition for a lower price. I don’t want more, I just want to return what does not meet my satisfaction even a little bit and I just want my credit back. If I don’t get that, I will dispute the charge to my credit card. Unfortunately, I will never trust this company again because they have the worst customer service I have come across in recent years.”

“I love how the bras fit. Once you find your right fit and style, it offers great support! I also love how extremely EASY the return policy is. I also love the club membership perks with additional discounts off of your items you’re shopping for. Best bra company ever!!! I will definitely continue to recommend to my friends and others!”

“I love the feel of the material, I don't think it's a good fit for me. I wanted a 34 C. It feels small in the cup size. Unfortunately, I have worn the bra. But it's comfortable otherwise.”

“Very comfortable cotton bra with good support for my age(68) and bra size ( 38C),. I like the bralette. Really needed to get away from the underwire style and these are so comfy. Not 100% the look as an underwire but very close. I'd been in an underwire for too many years and needed a change. I think if anything could use a bit more support on the sides but all in all I'd say good. I've been wearing these for a good year now, size XL. Just purchased 2 more and I purchased an XL and a L to see if it gives a bit more side support. I've been wearing the XL size for a year so we shall see if I'm comfortable in the L as well. Fit seems to be same as far as support as the XL”

“So far I am completely satisfied with every product I've bought. The bras have fit wonderfully and the support has been great. The high waisted shaper shorts worked great. They smoothed my profile and stayed in place. I didn't feel squeezed to death, which is a major plus! The 2 things that didn't work out for me were exchanged with no issues. I'm very happy with this company and their products. I will continue to turn to Shapermint for my future needs.”

“I've ordered about 5 or 6 bras from Shapermint and they have all been great, but I have issue with one of them, and it is taking an absolute age for anyone to respond to me. There is clearly a fault with the manufacture of this bra and it cannot be worn underneath anything remotely fitted.”
