I purchased 3 bras and was charged for all 3. 2 of them arrived and when I checked my account to see where the 3rd one was it said it was out of stock and would not be delivered. I reached out to request they refund my money as the item I ordered is no longer in stock and they charged my account for it. They responded saying that I can only receive a credit. How can you charge someone for something and never send it and then only offer a credit? Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I spent several days trying to get a resolution and they continue to only offer a credit!!
