These guys are honestly the worst online retailer I've ordered from. I should have read the Trustpilot and BBB reviews first — but now I'll be adding to them. They have misdelivered my package TWICE now by going with some cheap delivery service that can't seem to get it right — and then their customer support blames it on me and tells me to figure it out with the delivery company, because it shows as delivered and there's nothing they can do?! When we got into the photos from the first delivery, they realized it was labeled to the wrong name AND wrong apartment number. Oops? So they agreed to re-ship it, but refused a refund. The second time, the photos show the delivery company dropping the package ON THE GROUND in front of the restaurant in my building, and not inside the apartment building inside secure lockers assigned to unit numbers. I live downtown, with tons of foot traffic and homeless people — they think that package made it to me?! And they still refuse a refund! What an awful way to do business.
