Ordered a small according to my measurement. It is very snug, but wearable. I kept it to use in a pinch, but am trying another size - M - in hopes of a better fit. Also, the straps are not adjustable, and the bra rides up which makes it very uncomfortable for hours of wear. The M I ordered has adjustable straps. Crossing my fingers this works, I do like the material.
