They have improved my life immensely. I have severe lumbar arthritis, together with mild arthritis in my hips and knees, and tried the high waisted leggings for support not really expecting much. However, I have not looked back and wear them every day now. Sometimes I think I might wear them to bed but that's too much don't you think! Extra bonus is they keep you warm and cosy on a cold day and look good too.....
