I have suffered with lower back pain for many years especially if I’m gardening - wearing the camisole I guess it acts like a belt across my lower back and I honestly noticed my back has improved.
I also find it makes my waistline slimmer without the feeling of being trussed up.
It’s truly amazing ❤️
