Love the product but I really am disappointed in service. My card was charged for a membership in December. I didn't want a membership. Very deceptive practices!! I cancelled on the site on my account in December when I first noticed it and no response. I again cancelled on the help AI page on January 12 Cancellation number 7622730. It is now February and no refund or contact.
Be careful when ordering!!!!!
