First, by producing the most comfortable bra I've ever worn. Second, by providing excellent customer service in a time in which that is rare. I own two different styles of Shapermint bras and 4 different colors.
When I explained the error regarding my order, they quickly responded that the missing item would be shipped immediately and to keep the incorrect item.
