I wish you didn't have to go through a "Bot" to resolve a question, however, I find the customer service overall is very good once it gets to a person. I recommend emailing customer service to resolve a question. Exchanges are easy. Refunds are easy. If you do a store credit, however, it is difficult to find the code to use on an order. I like the products once I determined the correct size.
