I think the products are good and comfortable. However, I agree with other customers. Customer Support is awful. The website offers a 'Live Chat'. I couldn't get a live person. You are 'talking' with a bot. Very difficult to resolve an issue when the company sent your items to an incorrect address. While I would consider buying again from this company, the Customer Service may be a deterrent. Shapermint, get some real people to support your customers!!
