I think the product may have been ok. The product I ordered needed to be sent back because it did not fit, but I think if it did it would have been good. Material was soft, not sure the support was there.Customer service is AWFUL you cannot reach a real person only a bot and it is a very frustrating process. I will say that the delivery was quick.
