I received the wrong order, things that I did not order. When I went on the website to ask for an exchange, so I could get what I ordered. The "Chat" is automated, so you do not have the option to choose the correct thing. So, I sent an email and got and automated response saying that it could be 1-3 days before I received a reply. It has been a week and I haven't heard a thing! If you look at what I ordered, then go look at the emails that I was receiving, showing what I was getting, you can clearly see that it was NOT the same! I knew before I got my package that it was wrong. I just want what I ordered. Your customer service sucks!
