Bad customer service. Ordered 3 items from them. Received 1 item but their confirmation had different information. It's saying all the items are delivered but when I put in my order number in the tracking, it says pending then I get an email that the items are unavailable. They offer me store credit with an additional discount. They offered if I want a refund instead to contact them through their customer service. Well their customer service sucks. I keep expressing I want a refund not a store credit because I don't want to go through with them anymore. Instead their customer service bot keeps offering to track my order, return item, etc. basically nothing to do with what I need. All I want is a refund and they give you a run around. I've contacted them so many times through email or Messenger and all I get is automated response. I still want my refund for the items I did not receive. Do not order from them.
