The vacs are good until you need warranty or customer care then they are abysmal.
The vac was only 3 months old a rubber strip rotted! I was told it was 'aesthetic' and not covered and I would have to buy a complete roller brush head COST £69.99 !
I asked why it was there if it was just 'aesthetic' - No answer was the stern reply.
I have been it touch with others who have experienced the same treatment.
Don't buy from Shark unless you aren't bothered about a warranty !
