“I am customer of Shark from last 5 years and unfortunately my electric brush was broken. I bought new one from Shark but again after couple months (4 months) the brush was broken again. And this time I received info from customer service that any spare parts are not under any warranty. It's mean I spend 100£ just for nothing. It is useless and stupid spending 100 for nothing. For good advice go to Dyson and you will have everything. Avoid Shark”
“The vacs are good until you need warranty or customer care then they are abysmal.
The vac was only 3 months old a rubber strip rotted! I was told it was 'aesthetic' and not covered and I would have to buy a complete roller brush head COST £69.99 !
I asked why it was there if it was just 'aesthetic' - No answer was the stern reply.
I have been it touch with others who have experienced the same treatment.
Don't buy from Shark unless you aren't bothered about a warranty !”
