When I first joined there was a misunderstanding regarding my first order & instead of receiving just the blades & handle I was charged for the full set - when I rang to complain I was immediately given credit for the difference which I was subsequently able to run down - this was excellent customer service which has been remembered & has prompted me to come back after a period of suspension to renew my account - have been impressed too that whilst suspended I was not harassed to come back
