Ok the delivery of the pent shed was delayed and the floor kit was delivered a day later once the floor had already been laid! The instructions were difficult and too simplistic to follow and the utube video was for a larger and different pent shed. I requested the base to be collected in September and I was assured the 'manufacturer' would arrange collection but this has still not happened many emails later no collection. Additionally, Shedstore is NOT a retailer but a broker has does this happen. They think they are out of the Consumer rights Act and certainly act like it with total disregard to the customer and their rights AVOID this broker business just AVOID
