Delivery took 3 months complicating construction plans for us and the assistance we'd arranged. Advised of delivery slots which didn't happen which wasted two whole days. Hours lost chasing them up via email, chat and phone. The shed itself is pretty flimsy with some warped and misaligned sections. Getting them to agree reasonable compensation is like getting blood from a stone with "customer care" closer to "damage limitation team." Our single worst online shopping experience. Suggest you pay a bit more for a more efficient and fair minded retailer.
