It's uncomfortable if you wear it for a long periods of time. It flattens you out and does not leave you with an attractive shape. I had high hopes for this, but would not buy again. Plus, it's way, way too pricey. Sorry...better to stick with 3 sports bras to reduce bounce and hold you in. It's cheaper, works better, and gives you a shapelier figure.
