Shefit Bra 2024 Fall Sale - False Advertisement I purchased five bras from Shefit on December 2, 2024, based on recommendations and their advertised holiday sale. I carefully selected bras from the "Everyday Bras" page, relying on the clearly stated return policy, which allowed returns or exchanges within 30 days if the bra didn’t work, no questions asked. Despite following Shefit's sizing guide, the bras didn’t fit—they were cutting into my ribs. When I emailed for an exchange, Shefit claimed the bras were final sale due to being discounted 40% or more, citing information supposedly available on the product page and FAQ. However, there were no such disclaimers or asterisks indicating these bras were non-returnable on the page I ordered from. After I provided screenshots of the original return policy visible at the time of purchase, Shefit reiterated their "final sale" policy, maintaining that items discounted at 40%+ are non-returnable. Interestingly, they updated the product pages to reflect this policy only after my complaint, as seen in a timestamped edit. The updated text now states: “FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.” This lack of transparency feels deceptive, leaving customers unaware of the hidden restrictions during purchase. It's concerning how many people may have unknowingly bought these items under the impression they could return or exchange them. Shefit’s actions—changing their policies retroactively and refusing exchanges—suggest shady business practices. For anyone considering buying from Shefit, be aware that sale items, regardless of the advertised policies at the time, may not be returnable. This has been a frustrating experience, and I caution others to double-check all fine print before purchasing. In my opinion, Shefit owes everyone affected by this misleading practice the opportunity to return or exchange their products as originally promised. With the screenshots and Shefit openly admitting to me that this was a HUMAN ERROR on their part yet refuses to give a refund, I will be disputing the charges with my bank and recommend everyone to try it. They got busted and are acting shameful in the way they are blaming their customers as if we are stupid.

Along with many others I ordered during the Black Friday sale. There was no warning of a “final sale” on the items I purchased. Or as the company says it is “in their FAQs”. Other companies plaster “final sale” on the products which leads me to believe SheFit is purposely deceiving customers. They are getting away with it because technically they do state that items that are 40% off are excluded from the highly advertised return policy - however this is hidden amongst menus and links. On the actual product page is a scroll stating their widely advertised generous return policy with “no questions asked”. As more folks take to sites to compain they not only refuse ro acknowledge the problem, they have actually changed their site so it looks more like they properly warned people of the final sale. Those of us who bought during that sale KNOW there was no warning. And when you’re desperate to get a response and post on social media, they block you.

Clicked on bras in a Facebook ad for a Black Friday sale. Got them two days ago. They were too small. I reached out about an exchange for a size up. They refused me because they were marked 40% off which makes them automatically ineligible. So I am stuck with two bras that are too small and unusable. They expected me to dig through their faqs to find out about this rule and understand somehow this applies to me because of the sale discount. Incredible. This company is a scam. And I’m out $95. I emailed and called and got nowhere.

Ordered before and love the Ultimate Sports Bra. Wanted something lighter so ordered the Low Impact, the Flex Sports Bra and the Lounge Bra. None of them fit at all despite being the same size as the Ultimate Sports Bra ordered previously - they do not even come half way around. And becuase I bought them on the Black Friday Sale, I can not return or exchange them. Out a lot of money for something that does not fit.

SHEFIT cut corners & sent out faulty bras to their customers. They are refusing to refund us or replace the bras. Instead they sent us a 50% off code. At $70 a bra this is so so sooo insulting. Horrible customer service for an okay bra. Don't buy from them- simply not worth it.

I feel like I am wearing a harness! Very uncomfortable fabric is itchy and does not wear well under clothing! Very bulky bra! If I'm paying $80 for a bra I would expect it to be comfortable against my skin and it's not at all.

Can't complain about the product. But ordering them is a whole different story. I created my order said it came to $200 but then they took $290. On their website there is no conversion from usa to Canadian. Took forever to get the product. Called their customer service and they said it wasnt their problem that I had to deal with canada post. Well I am a shipper I make sure all my customers receive their product. I would never say it's not my problem anymore. Then the cherry on top I go pick up my parcel from Canada post and I had to pay another $110 from customs. I was ok with spending 200 on a few bras but then it turns out to be 400.... not worth it. Canadian buyer beware!!!!!

These bras are way overkill! I feel like I am wearing a suit of Armour. The shape does not fit right either. They assume everyone needs a size F. I've tried several sizes and they are not only extremely bulky and uncomfortable but because of their cup size, they end up not giving the support I need. My $10 Fruit of the Loom cotton sports bra is way more comfortable and ends up giving me more support because it fits better. Their bras are polyester too, which is made from toxic petroleum. When I'm sweating and my pores are open, do I want toxins going into my body? I'll stick with my cotton bra. Now I have a credit with them also that I can't use because they won't give me a refund.

Love the Shefit Ultimate Sports Bra. It fits, it's adjustable, and it supports. I can do the jogging and jumping jacks in my cardio step workout. I ordered more.

I love the leggings except the letters on the back peel off. I called to ask about why it happens and was told they can't guarantee the leggings because the letters are exclusive of product. WHAT??? Why put the letters on there if you know they are not going to last. I wash the leggings in the SHEFIT garment bag and hang them up to dry and the letters still peel off. Unfortunate in my opinion because the leggings fit great otherwiswe.

Not good for large breasts on smaller frame. I got two sizes since I didn't know which one to try and the smaller size the band was barely tight enough on the smallest setting and the cups were way too small. The larger size the cups were still a bit too small and the band wouldn't even come close to small enough. The straps are too skinny and dig into my shoulders since they're doing all the work that the band is supposed to do. Great concept, shitty execution. I'm sure it works great for the people who don't have a hard time finding good sports bras in the first place.

Seriously the worst bra ever. It's hard to put on, it gives you a uniboob and it's really poorly made. Even if I go up a size, I know it's not going to fit right. It's not work the cost of $69+. Beyond light sports, I don't see this holding up for those who want a uniboob. There are better bras out there.

The fitting process was uninformed and unhelpful. I purchased the bras at an expo event and the sales clerks were highly disinterested. These bras are the most uncomfortable devices I’ve ever worn. They are hot, chafe and are unattractive as well, even under shirts. This review is late because I’ve tried them at least 4 different times because I wanted to love them. I don’t. I can’t even give them away!

These Bras were first an interest of mine because I was a nursing mama and access and adjustability were important. All I can say is WOW. yes, I love the nursing ease in these but man I LOVE the support. I now own 5 and would never go back. I tell all my friends. I feel like I can push it in my workout because my Breasts stay still and out of the way. leaving me to work out as hard as I'd like. You will not regret trying it.
