The support is great. I love that I can wear this bra on a cardio day and not feel jiggly!
I am disappointed though, because the zipper bottom cut into my skin. I wore the bra for several hours as I went for coffee after the workout. I would suggest adding a little more thickness to the bottom zipper cover for those who sit and relax/visit after a workout. The video makes the zipper covers look thicker than they really are, and it is really too thin to protect skin.
