I went by your size chart..in fact I was leaning on the generous side....Got the product (no 10% discount on first time order) and it was SOOO small...so your sizing chart is way off and now I have to pay money to send it back....I think you need to pay for my S/H in this case and update your sizing to match the measurements. I saw you on Shark Tank and decided to order the product. Joyce
