Good support, and it makes me aware of my breathing. I like the pressure around the ribcage. The only thing I am not happy with is the way the straps cut into my skin on my chest. I think once it's been laundered a few times that will help. I also had to wear the straps longer than I thought I would need them to keep the bra from digging in every time I moved.
