The bra is very adjustable and that makes it fantastic. I've only washed it once so I'm not sure how long the velcro will last but for now it feels very powerful and sturdy. Went to crossfit several times and it was pure perfection! I'm a 34DD and do not like the girls to move, AT ALL! When performing upside down movements I did have to readjust as there was a little top spill. It never came unfastened, or chaffed. I would not recommend the white, however. I wore it once and already have yellow sweat stains, unfortunate because it is nice to have a nice white sports bra.
