I do not usually wear sports type bras but Shefit is easy to get into and out of. The hook and eye and zipper combination eliminate the need to try to stretch the garment over the head and shoulders and get it over the breasts and in place. Since I am not a sports type bra wearer the straps ride a little high on the shoulders and neck and I find myself constantly adjusting where the straps are on my shoulders. The Shefit provides great support.
