It really did'nt. It is difficult to put on with large breasts, the straps will take some getting used to due to the positioning and it makes me chafe under my arms. The appearance of my breasts in this bra is quite unusaul due to the seams and different directions of fabric the cups are made of and I feel although structure is adequate for the"bounce" the appearance/comfort of this bra is designed for smaller breasted women. I have been an Enell wearer for about 12 years and might be going back to them, I wear a 38 f. Or 3luxe
