Overall, this bra does what it is meant to do - eliminates any trace of bounce to the girls. However, as someone who works long days on the farm working livestock and operating equipment, I found this bra to be quite stiff and uncomfortable for all day wear and sitting down. It rubbed below my arm pits, but maybe this is all due to it being new. The size was perfect, I simply sent my measurements to SheFit and they told me what size to get. I think it would be great for workouts and sports, but not for all day wear.
