I does not work for big busted wearers. I still fall out the top of the bra. It is not high enough on the top. It is very difficult to put on. It is difficult to zip and keep everything in place while I am zipping. I tried to zip it first and then pull the velcro in the back close. I could not reach the velcro to pull it tight. Once I got it on, it felt heavy and hot. I normally wear a 42DD. I am not obese or handicapped.
