It’s a very good sports bra. The thick bands of Velcro really do work so you can tighten as much as you like. I work out every day and have larger boobs, which are often badly behaved, and this keeps them controlled. If I could make one personal adjustment, it would be to have some cup separation. That said, this bra does not give me uni-boob and the zip front is a pretty and functional feature.
