In terms of support, this is the first sports bra that I feel actually keeps the ladies in place. Bounce is totally minimal. And as someone who is in the process of losing weight, I love that it's fully adjustable. My only complaint is a bit of chafing on my back where the tag seam rubs - that seam is a little rough. But will absolutely continue wearing for the bounce-free support!
