I followed the size chart exactly but I have a lot of trouble getting it on. The pads folded up inside almost immediately. The seams show through every single shirt I own. The rough edge of the Velcro is on the top so if it’s not lined up exactly it rubs on my skin. It does prevent bounce, so that’s good.
